Every time I render my windows end up looking like mirrors. As a matter of fact any translucent material ends up just reading like a mirror. I didn't have this problem when I used the free trial version so I don't know what I am doing wrong. In my presentation the over reflective windows and glass were really confusing and distracting to the rest of the project. Please help me.

I assume that there is no reflection set on the glass:
Do you have Auto-reflection turned on?
Is there light on the other side of the glass? Is the sun or sky turned on? That might help.
Otherwise, can you send me the model so I can see what's going on?
You can use the Upload tab above to send the model to us.
Thanks! I am unable to upload my model because the file is too big, but I turned the auto-reflection off and on and the glass inside the room is reading much better. The windows still look like mirrors though.
Try putting a lamp or a point light on the other side of the window and see what that does.
Hmmm... that didn't work either. I even tried including trees to make some kind of back ground.
Is the window something other than clear glass?
It it colored or grey?
its just the run of the mill translucent blue glass from sketch-up's paint bucket.
Could you try sending me the model again. I'd sure like to see it.
It shouldn't be too big.
Our Upload tab uses YouSendIt and allows up to a 2 Gigabyte file to be sent. I rarely see a .skp file larger than 120 Megabytes.
Sorry, I was trying to upload it in the wrong place. I sent it to you. Thank-you so much!
I set the glass to one and it took almost all of the reflection out. Thank-you!
