Yes. It works with Revit 2012.
You might need to download the latest version from:
http://www.renderplus.com/php/download_links.php
and either un-install and reinstall, or run ArRevitConfig.exe from our application folder, to create the correct new Addins file for Revit 2012.Also see this forum discussion:
